    HOW TO ENTER

    To enter the Wealth Tech Awards 2026, please follow the steps below:

    1) Click here to register your profile in our awards platform, or log in using your credentials if you already have an account. You can use the forgot password function to recover your details.

    2) Confirm your email address by clicking the link sent to your email.

    3) Log in to the platform here.

    4) Click 'Start your entry' and choose your type of category: Private bank categories, wealth management firm or multi-family office categories or suppliers category.

    5) Select the first category that you would like to create your entry in. See categories here

    6) Select the level you would like to enter. Global, Regional, Country

    If you select the regional level in the next question, please select which region you would like to enter. 

    If you select country level, you will be asked to select a region and then a maximum of 2 countries you would like to enter. If you can't find a country, please message us at ftevents@ft.com

    7) Fill in the Entry form that consists of 4 tabs:

    - Complete the entry form, filling in all fields

    - Add your entry statement - Up to 700 words per entry 

    - Upload supporting materials such as tables, charts or visuals (PDF accepted ONLY) for a maximum of one page per entry.

    - Upload your company logo


    (You can clone your entries to enter multiple categories and multiple regions, but you can enter a maximum of 5 categories)

    8) Once you are happy with your entries, click submit or save in progress to complete at another time.

    The Awards are FREE to enter and the entry deadline is 31 October 2025.

    When creating your entry, you will be able to select if you would like to enter at a Global, Regional or Country level. 

    You can only enter one level at a time. To enter multiple categories or different regions, you can simply clone your original entry or start the entry process again. 

    Global level: To apply at a global level, a company needs to have an onshore presence in at least 3 regions. 

    Regional level: You can only select one region per entry. To enter multiple regions, please create a new entry. You also have the option to clone an existing entry and select a different category.

    Country level: When applying at a country level, you first will have to choose the region you would like to apply to and then will be able to select TWO countries per region. If you can't find a country, please get in touch with us at ftevents@ft.com 

    Please note: Each company can enter a maximum of FIVE categories. If an institution submits more than five entries, the judges will take into consideration the first five only.

    ENTRY STATEMENT

    Add a summary of your achievements in the tech/digitalisation space. Your summary should explain the reasons why your institution deserves to win in the category/ies it has applied for.  No longer than 700 words.

    Submissions should reflect achievements from October 2024 - October 2025.


    ENTER THE BEST WEALTH TECH LEADER OR TEAM CATEGORY

    This year, you have the chance to celebrate a colleague or team who has truly made a difference! Shine a light on their standout achievements, brilliant ideas, and lasting impact or team support. 

    The judges will be looking for inspiring stories backed by clear evidence of excellence, leadership, and measurable success. To enter, select the category Best Wealth Tech Leader or Team - Available to private banks, multi-family offices and wealth management firms.
