METHODOLOGY
A judging panel made up of top industry professionals will recognise the best private banks, wealth management firms, multi-family offices, and suppliers worldwide, regardless of size, across various categories based on entries uploaded to our Awards portal.
As more companies invest in their technology infrastructure, the awards programme is projected to expand quickly, with new categories introduced and more winners recognised.
Submissions should showcase achievements from October 2024 to October 2025.
Please note: Any information included in the entries will be treated as private and confidential if marked accordingly. Due to the high volume of awards conducted annually by the FT Group, the FT is unable to provide individual confidentiality agreements in writing.
FAQ
The Awards are now open to private banks, wealth management firms, multi-family offices and suppliers based in any region or country, including large and small firms. PR firms and media agencies can also create entries on behalf of their clients.
Submissions should reflect achievements from October 2024 - October 2025.
You can find the categories here. You can choose to enter at a Global, Regional or Country level. When applying for a country level, you will be able to select two countries per region.
If you wish to enter multiple regions, you can simply clone your main entry or start the entry process again. There are limitations of 5 entries per company.

Entries can be submitted through our online portal. We encourage companies to provide evidential statements so that your company can be judged based on facts. Please provide as much supporting evidence as possible of (a) what you have implemented and (b) what the outcomes are, and make a strong statement of up to 700 words. More information will be released soon.
Each entry has a set of recommendations to help you create your entry. Please get in touch with us at ftevents@ft.com to receive our guidelines.
If your institution has firewall restrictions and you are unable to submit your entries via our Awards portal or have any issues when submitting, please contact our team at ftevents@ft.com.
Institutions are asked to highlight key achievements, changes or improvements in relation to how technology is transforming their business models and contributing to drive growth, support advisers, enhance brand and improve client experience.
There are no fees to submit your entries.
The deadline to submit your entries is 31 October 2025. If you missed the deadline, please contact our team at ftevents@ft.com
The winners will be contacted in January 2026 by the awards coordinator. You can then purchase a table to attend the ceremony and celebrate with your peers. There are no financial commitments.
